      There is a lot to learn given work over load and inadequate staffing, By doing everything, you definitely will come out learned.

      Cons

      Toxic culture,sexual harassment, poor remuneration, no reward system in place,no L&D,no compensation in place. Work over load, very risk in terms in road accidents. Plus chances of young adults contracting HIV in this workplace are very high.
