Good company to work with.

All things are okay no cons.

Rakeen Uptown Development was a good company several years ago. Employees were valued in the company. Salary was good.

But then something went wrong. A lot of mistakes were made by the management. Along the inflation salary stayed the same and then even reduced. After all the comoany was reorganized in September of 2022 and many people fell under the reduction. They need some effective changes in management process.
