      Pros

      Startup mentality- you're able to quickly make positive and impactful improvements. Very positive and easygoing culture. Great product- easy to learn and actually use, which makes work more interesting. No micromanagement.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of formal training-need to be self motivated to learn

      1. Competitive Salary 2. Incredible PTO flexibility (unlimited) - ZERO PTO requests denied 3. Amazing leaders who listen, support and push you to be your best

      Cons

      1. No 4 day work weeks, but we do have summer hours (half day on Fridays) over the summer!

      Pros

      Start up company that is quickly growing. There are lots of opportunities for career growth. Raken has an amazing culture with great employees. Tuesdays and occasionally Thursdays there are free lunches. There is an amazing benefits plan, and 401k match. There are also many company events.
