Pros

Benefits and Pay are pretty good and store leadership tries real hard to help team members. Family owned business but needs more of their involvement.

Cons

Poor culture, constantly taking away, hours, benefits, eliminating positions, lack of sticking with a strategy, politics, letting some leadership go for the wrong reasons- just because they don’t play politics or are popular with the teams even if they have the best results in the company.

Your feedback matters. I regret you don’t feel that our company’s current strategies are aligned with our owner and CEO’s vision, but we assure you he is deeply involved in and passionate about the purpose-driven changes we are making with our team members and customers in mind. Regarding any previous organizational changes, we’re always looking to evaluate and improve. Sometimes difficult decisions are necessary and we understand not everyone will see it the same as we see it. We are confident, however, that we are on the right track – with both our strategic initiatives and the executive leadership we have in place – as we continue to deliver on our vision and purpose.
