      Pros

      Kenworth trucks, pension, great benefits at low cost. This is a driver job, not a lumper/driver job. Can’t find many of those anymore. Been in distribution jobs for 15 years. Nothing beats Raleys transportation position.

      Cons

      Might be a bit low on compensation, but nothing that is detrimental. I try to look at the pension as an offset to the compensation.
