Pros
Great culture on a global level with an interesting Nordic history. Very empowering, ability to rise quickly & get noticed in the UK division if you hang around long enough & make the effort, you will be noticed. Good socialising in London. Good work environment in the London office, hot desking. You can always be confident that Ramboll UK will be ok, because Ramboll Group is very successful.
Cons
UK is not performing financially, which causes quite a lot of stress for Managers. Change weary, there's been a lot of changes in the UK over the last 5 years & the business is constantly trying a new approach/system/management team. Massive employee turnover at a senior leadership level & lower levels. Really low salary levels in the UK.
