- Relative flexibility - Not bad social package - Variety of projects by type, location, industry - Availability of good professionals to learn from - 'Family spirit' and individual approach
Cons
- Remuneration is not extremely satisfactory - Lack of clearly working systems of doing things in place, human factor plays an important role - Utilization figure is the key factor for promotion (which anyway does not happen very often)
