Pros
team work ethic, flexible hours ( your own time as long as you put 7 hours of work), higher education training support, work on multi million/billion projects, there are always jobs even in recession ( worked there since 2015 onwards after brexit), if you put overtime when needed you get rewards and appreciation, good benefits, bike scheme benefits, phone, laptop, etc.
Cons
salary was on a bit of the lower side ( not too low but lower), found it harder to move up in the company.
