      Great learning experience as the consultants are immediately put on projects (soon after getting hired) and not given any training.

      Cons

      Unequal treatment of employees, Inadequate training manuals, Unstable product, low salaries, no bonuses, no work life balance (have to work everyday including Public holidays).
