Pros

Ramp is a great company, no doubt about it. Top performers can exceed 200%+ of quota and you're surrounded by top talent. If you make it, you're set up for success. The product is strong, has great product market fit, and the culture is young with a lot of likeminded people. A lot of happy hours and fresh grads - easy to make friends

Cons

It's becoming increasingly difficult to get promoted out of SDR. Hiring classes are 10+ each month but only 2-3 per month get promoted to AE (some months 0). 10-12 reps will interview for 2-3 spots and top performers will get passed up for promotions - it's demoralizing, Turnover is increasing. It's also a really hard place to succeed, The competition is high - people are very smart and good at what they do. There are no territories and people harvest closed lost and new hires. It's first to contacts and people don't always share what's working. People are sneaky sometimes. Quotas are achievable, but not easy to hit and it's a burnout role. You have to work long hours to succeed and do well. People are largely stressed, overworked, and burned out

Pros

Ramp is a special place. You're handed the keys to things and given a ton of room for experimentation. They're not afraid to spend money and it's a special place to be right The people are super driven, talented, and ready to help.

Cons

It is without a doubt a demanding workplace and there were times it was difficult to manage. I often felt overwhelmed. It's also a volatile place, with people pushed out and little said about it. There's a "never good enough" mentality from leadership that can be draining.
