Pros

Nice office, cool looking business cards, lots of happy hours. Had the opportunity to work with intelligent individuals and diverse pool of clients.

Cons

No communication between management and staff. Poor career alignment. Hard to work advance due to politics. There's also a lot of favoritism, so if you're willing to brown-nose your way up, this might be the place for you. I feel terrible for the young naïve kids joining the firm. You will not develop a skill set that will be marketable to future employees and beneficial to your personal development.

Pros

None. Don't accept a job here. It is disorganized and the owners have zero clue how to manage workload. Severely understaffed and underpaid.

Cons

I'm a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal and they had 2 positions open. I was made the receptionist and the person they hired as a paralegal was clueless and needed my help a lot. I was training her so much that my job duties weren't being completed. I also had some of their football athletes hit on me and slip me phone numbers at the front desk. I did not enjoy this job at all.
