Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. While we love our remote culture, we agree it's nice to see one another in person from time to time and it certainly helps build those connections! As for transparency - we're taking this on. It's a long road to organizational maturity, but we're glad you're on it with us! Hopefully in the coming cycles you'll see additional communications and manager engagement on many of these types of programs, which should help increase transparency.
