Pros

None really. The industry is on a downturn.

Cons

The toxic culture is created at the top. There is constant undermining from the executive team where they all talk behind each others back. This behavior is constant and seems to be the normal and trickles down to ALL departments within the organization. Rand is a small company and still can’t seem to communicate effectively. Six people resigned within 5 weeks in the Irvine office. All department have frustrated employees and are not limited to new employees. New employees seem to leave quickly as they know what good looks like and this culture is not good. The culture on the second floor is created by the husband and wife duo where nepotism rules! How do you allow a manager and a sales rep to control the culture and management of your organization? Is it money, weak management or you don’t have the courage to make the necessary changes? You have a loose cannon on the team who does nothing but undermine the management team and belittle and berate all employees. No title is clear from his harassment and constant bullying. Now is the time to remove this cancer from the team if you expect to grow. Well, actually it should have been done it years ago. The micromanaging VP holds accountability very high on everyone. Unfortunately, this person does not hold herself to the same standards. Constant bottlenecks, forgotten tasks and missed deadlines does nothing more then to frustrate everyone. This reign of terror knows no bounds and even reaches out to the global offices. Try to become a leader instead of your iron fist demoralizing style. No one needs a kick in the guts as motivation, unless that makes YOU feel better as a person.
