      Pros

      - Work life balance used to be the biggest pro working here but due to the new HR director there is absolutely zero flexibility anymore. - The people that haven't left yet still really care about the college.

      Cons

      - High turnover. - No work life balance. - HR is pretty ineffective . - Senior staff frequently refuses to stand up for their departments when directors ask for support.

      In the past two years being at Randolph, I have received a promotion and 6% raise. They support professional development and flexible schedule.

      Cons

      There is some drama between departments, but that's expected.
