Pros

Great culture, office location, flexibility, and hybrid working. There is plenty of opportunity for career progression and they have structured appraisals so there is plenty of constructive and well organized ways to learn and improve.

Cons

None really. Salaries start low as they higher for personality/fit and prefer to train their staff from there. This makes it a great opportunity for people early in their career to work for an industry leader. Not really a con though is it.

Pros

The old wooden boat creaked softly against the worn dock, its paint chipped and faded from years of sun and sea. Seagulls wheeled overhead, their cries punctuating the gentle lapping of the waves against the shore. A salty breeze carried the whispers of distant memories, and the smell of seaweed filled the air.

Cons

Moonlight spilled across the deserted alleyway, casting long shadows behind the trash cans and forgotten crates. A lone streetlamp flickered, casting an eerie glow over the scene. The wind rustled through the debris, whispering secrets to the night. Suddenly, a faint hum echoed through the alley, growing louder with each passing moment...
