Pros
They are good at interviewing internal applicants efficiently and quickly. They are very good at the sales piece.
Cons
Unfortunately leadership is lacking. Items that were discussed in my interview came through initially, but were cut back midstream. Internal support for training is held very much on the fly. There is immense pressure to continue to outperform prior month's achievements even if you are outperforming other team members. Mid level managers are cliquish, and regularly employ an 'us vs them' mentality when dealing with staff.
