Pros
I have worked at Randstad Enterprise for several years now. And so far my experience has been great. I have felt that they place their people first in the decisions that they make. Creating an environment where growth is encouraged. Next to that, in working with our clients. I see that all my colleagues are always wanting to take that extra step to really help the client as best as possible. To work in an environment where they don't stick to just what is agreed. But really go above and beyond is very motivating. Overall a great experience!
Cons
When it comes to recruitment and talent advisory. There is a great growth path within Randstad Enterprise. However, if you would like to grow further after senior recruitment, for example different HR positions. There are less opportunities. Which has to do with the type of service they provide of course, providing talent advisory for companies. Opportunities are there, but you might have to wait a bit for a suitable opportunity to open up internally if you so desire.
