Pros
Great history and a few really good people are still there. Benefits are average. Good reputation (for now).
Cons
The leadership is rudderless and focused on ambiguous goals like equity and inclusion and hitting a made-up profitability target and the only way they ever hit it is to reduce staff costs and reorganize divisions. No vision other than next quarter's results. Toxic leaders are allowed to stay and thrive while solid leaders are let go. Stop shaking things up just to appear that you are doing something.
