Originally Randstad was an excellent place to work. Great compensation, acceptable benefits, and promised room for growth.
Cons
After one year of working the management changed hands. Anyone who was not hired under this manager was fired or left all within a two month period. Decisions were made that did not favor employees but favored upper management. There was a lack of knowledge among upper management on business segments and general business practices of a staffing firm. We were the most profitable branch in the United States that was run into the ground after 6 months of new management being on board. Additionally getting the commissions that are owed to you after you have left is virtually impossible. Totally negative experience and I would tell everyone I know about it.
