Pros

*Competitive base salary and commission structure

Cons

This was without a shadow of a doubt the worst company that I ever worked for. I understand that the staffing industry isn't for everyone but putting that aside the only thing the company cares about is money. They treat employees like trash - the turnover rate is 76%!! Branches are typically very small (dirty) offices and in my case all but one or two people in the office were back stabbing, brown nosing liars. Management pushes out a new initiative very other week so you never know which one you should focus on. The expectations are completely unrealistic so most people lie about their metrics and are in turn reward for "good work". Heaven forbid it ever snows and you can't get to work because you will be mandated to work from home which is more of a punishment that anything else. The company only matches 50% of your contributions for 401k and they do not offer any sick time. As a current recruiter with a local organization I will happily take my temporary business elsewhere. I cannot emphasize enough - STAY AWAY from this company as a client and as an employee.

Pros

Contracts your work to reliable clients and supports your efforts while under contract.

Cons

Automated job alerts can be too broad - based on one or two keywords in resume. At times job alerts are for positions that do not meet your qualifications or experience. But, this is not a dealbreaker. Keep on top of adjusting search parameters or type of work you seek.
