A company that matches your skills to work for an employer for moderate pay. A person could have an exceptional skill set but will earn much less than expected. This company just fills the 'void' to keep their client satisfied in order not to lose the account. Also, this company doesn't actually follow the pre-screening process as should, and will allow an individual to work for their company and work on an assignment in order to have enough people so the account won't be loss to another competitor.
