      Pay on time, ok benefits , salary is kind of ok too but if you can bargain you can get more. Salary review on time depending on client's payment.

      Not at all aggressive when it comes about finding a new project, Less bench period , Payment made for insurance is on higher side

      Automated job alerts can be too broad - based on one or two keywords in resume. At times job alerts are for positions that do not meet your qualifications or experience. But, this is not a dealbreaker. Keep on top of adjusting search parameters or type of work you seek.
