Pros

No pros this place could care less about their employees.

Cons

I was fired because I was a few minutes late due to my son coming home from the hospital. My wife was high risk during her pregnancy and randstad refused to work with me due to wife's appointments. I was her only way to and from. Tried to find another assignment through them after being fired due to it being holidays and nobody else is hiring right now. Every time I call the Madisonville Tn office they blow me off and say nothing is available even though they post available jobs almost daily online. I have done nearly 30 applications from Knoxville to Athens for randstad but am always told they have no availabilities. Main con for randstad they don't care about employees or their families. They treat employees as if they have no life outside of work.
