Good for recent college grads without any experience If you're the right type of person you can make decent money
Cons
You'll hear a lot of "its a culture not a job" here is the culture they are talking about. LONG hours (50+ weekly and you'll still be considered a slacker), call center environment, the level of micromanaging is excruciating, strict point system where you're given outrageous goals to hit regardless of circumstance, no respect for their own employees, turn over higher internally than the $10/hr positions you will staff for.
