      Pros

      I worked with a great team, and for a job right out of college in Sacramento, it paid decently.

      Cons

      You will have very little variety in your day. You have a routine of about three different things that you will be doing, recruit, make sales calls, and handle a very large quantity of distractions from incoming calls, candidates calling out of work for numerous reasons, unqualified people demanding work, calls from wrong numbers, etc.
