Pros

Good pay, and work from home virtual Recruitment positions. Recruitment team was a great group of people who worked together very well and got the job done even with horrible management.

Cons

There are a lot unfortunately. First, there was zero training during the implementation of the account I was hired to work on. None of the Recruiters had worked with the ATS that we were given, nor were we given any information about the company we were Recruiting for, other than the job descriptions. We were given access to the ATS and told "Recruit", which we did very successfully with zero training. We taught ourselves our jobs, and after a time we finally figured out what we were supposed to be doing. This was only due to collaborating with each other - the company had nothing to do with our successes, and our upper management had no clue what we were doing, so they were no help. The worst part though was that I was hired as an "Associate" which is a full time, permanent employee. I was brought on during the implementation of the account I was hired to work for, and was told at the onset of employment that Associates were highly valued and that if the account I was working on was lost I was guaranteed a position with the company, they would simply move me to another account. That was until the account I was working on was lost. Randstad Sourceright did a very poor job with the client and they cancelled our contract within a year of signing it due to mismanagement at higher levels. Once we were told that we had lost the account all of the "VRT" (or temp) employees got "Benched" which is Randstad's way of laying off people, and all the heavy lifting was left to the Associates. Unfortunately all of that work was for nothing. None of us that were told we were Associates and therefore "Highly valued" got put on other accounts, we were all laid off. I was told by my immediate Manager that it was because we were Associates and the Managers on other accounts wanted disposable temps not people they would have to retain if the account fell through. We were all lied to and led to believe that we would have long term employment. That was not the case. I would never recommend this company to anyone that I know from the Recruitment or HR space.
