Great to work for if you are young. I worked as a temp for 3 straight years with same employer who gave me several performance bonuses.
Cons
I am in my 50s now and get the brush off. I have 2 Masters degrees and solid work history with great references. I was out of work last year and decided to apply to Randstad in Athens, GA. Applied for numerous assignments but constantly blown off despite having experience. Good references, solid work history, education, experience and a outstanding track record with Randstad from several years ago. The only thing that stands out is my age.
