Pay well as long as you have a contract
Cons
Even though you're salaried employee (remember as a salaried employee your pay is lower than hourly employees so that they can cover the bench pay) if you end up going to bench (not for your fault but client shutting down the project, bad boss etc.) they wont care! Dealing with HR...you need to follow up several times and then also sometimes it will be forgotten.
