Uncapped commission, run your own recruiting station, alright compensation relative to other recruiting companies, fun atmosphere (everyone is young), managers are cool, free snacks and beverages
Cons
No growth within the company, it is the same thing day in and day out, may find a good candidate but manager has better relationship with another recruiter so they give them preference, required to work some jobs that will never get filled.
