Pros
If you are looking to get your feet wet and gain some experience, this is a good company to start out at. They have a great training program.
Cons
Randstad will haunt you in your dreams. You are just a number and don't forget that. I work 10-11 hours a day and the only times I have taken a lunch is when I am meeting with clients. They grade you on a point system and if you don't meet your quota your fired. The problem is, the only way to met that quota is to work overtime or lie.
