      They are good about finding assignments and it is weekly pay.

      Cons

      The past few months before I got my current assignment they didn't have many jobs in my preferred Clerical field.

      Will cut you off the moment they do not need you instead of trying to bench you and search for another role Unreliable management at best - also some of management are racist
