      Pros

      Good benefits and no overnight travel. Corporate level leadership and initiatives are awesome but does not trickle down to the branch level.

      Cons

      Horrible leadership and support at the branch/regional level. Micro-management seems to be the only "goal" of this office.

      Will cut you off the moment they do not need you instead of trying to bench you and search for another role Unreliable management at best - also some of management are racist
