Pros
Super fast job placement, friendly recruiters and quality jobs. They will go out of their way to make sure you are prepared for the job they are offering, in my case it was IT Helpdesk for Citibank. They also are more the willing to help make sure you have eveytihing you need before and after you interview.
Cons
The cons are the fact that after they find you a really great job it just suck the know the position is temporary. Not even temp to hire so before you know it you will be back on the prowl looking for another employer before your contract expires.
