Pros

Decent salary and bonus. Lots of training.

Cons

Expectations are unrealistic. They talk about having a balanced life; however, you have to meet quota (# interviews per week, # times you spoke to clients, # time you marketed a candidate to client, how many times did i tell them i have great candidates in my pipeline and how many perm candidates did i shove down my clients throat and so much more) in addition to payroll for 80+ employees, employee relations and engagement activities, workers comp management, safety coach and profit and loss responsibilities. Did I say that all positions are to be filled in 24-48 hours? They keep the pressure on by having daily conference calls with the Site Managers. If a Manager doesn't meet the quota for the previous day or week, they are verbally beaten up while their peers listen in. Currently working 50-60 hours a week just to make quota.
