Pros

-Decent base pay -The opportunity to bonus -You get to help others gain employment -You will not always be in an office, you go on Sales meetings and drops that helps break up the day

Cons

-Unrealistic goals (Different cities in the US have different markets. Just because Chicago has certain goals, does not mean those goals should be the same for a start up small branch in the midwest) -The Training is awful. If you learn by numerous 1+ hour long webinars to waste your working time during the week, then this is the place for you, not to mention, the assessments they give set you up to fail -Role playing is there LIFE. I hate role playing. I think it's dumb, and I don't learn from role playing, because half the time, your role plays are so much different than real life situations on the phone -Management. They can sit there and come down on you all the time for not hitting your numbers, but then we are trying to hit numbers for a sake of numbers. It's so corporate feel, so I understand pressure is coming down from above them. -Set up for failure. They changed our market to strictly M&L instead of O&A. Cute ideas being an expert in one field, but if they would have recognized what the strengths are in the community, and that we are a college town with tons of call centers and room for CSR's, that might have been a good idea. -Management pretty much left me in a failing branch to fend for myself. No matter how many conference calls you do, that doesn't help. I needed a body there. Helping me do interviews, helping me make sales calls, helping me do payroll, helping me answer the phones. You can't do that from two locations. No wonder it was a struggle to hit the numbers that I was supposed to. -Warnings during onboarding. They don't give you a grace period. They expect you to be a superstar out of the gate. My previous coworker was given two warnings, along with me, while she was in training. They didn't care about that. -They give up on you. -They give you attitude during the conference calls. Not motivation. When I hear in people's voices that they are giving up, that doesn't help the morale of the team. -Conference calls, literally take up a fourth of your working day. And they expect you to get things done. -They consider the amount of conversations you have a week a controllable. Dials are controllable. You cannot control how many people actually talk to you or give you voicemail.

Pros

Super helpful, at first. But don't expect that to last.

Cons

Poor communication with recruiters, even at the senior level. Having worked in corporate America for 10+ years, this organization is lacking much needed leadership.
