Pros
There was a real sense of helpfulness and mutual support amongst the staff. Store leadership was very supportive, and I really appreciated the tolerance of people's learning curve. The employee discount is a significant plus.
Cons
It can be hard to find the opportunity to take a break. Given the responsibilities involved in selling firearms and being a Range Safety Officer, the pay is far too low.
