Pros
The people really made this place one of my favorite places. My direct bosses were great!
Cons
Upper management really shifted from people centric to operations centric. This can be seen in the recent departure of tenured people that have been with RW for 5-10 years leave for a better work environment. The current culture exemplifies that people are replaceable. Before leaving there were many company townhalls with onsite teams sharing their grievances with the CEO about better working conditions and stronger compensation; his consistent answer was "if you're not happy here, go work somewhere else". The CEO's strong focus on making his pockets heavier while onsite teams barely make enough is a reflection of his priorities of money over people. This review sounds personal because it is. Who wants to work for another corporate machine while the people that make it more money are treated like they are disposable. Let the world know. -Melania Armenta :)
