Pros
I enjoyed working with knowledgeable people, and I enjoyed the hard work. Range Front itself is a company that recruits you for other positions at other companies.
Cons
The environment at range front is friendly, but the companies that contract with is honestly a gamble on if they like you. If they don't like you they will find reasons to get rid of you. This happened to me, and I was terminated with no information as to why I was being fired. They called me on my day off and notified me that I effective immediately my contract was ended. I had no warning signs and at no point in time was I instructed on how to improve or what I was struggling with. The will leave you to the wolves and expect you to be able to know things that you have never worked with.
