Pros
Flexible schedule IF MANAGEMENT FAVORS YOU (was not a perk for me). Decent pay for a retail job.
Cons
No moving up unless you're related to the owners/managers or military so they won't have to provide you benefits. Very clique-ish and those who are not favored will not benefit from schedule flexibility. Do not expect to ever be full time no matter how long you work there and how good your reviews are if you're not best friends with management or military.
