Pros
theoretically you can make a LOT of money here (if you got no morals)
Cons
technically speaking a Multi-Level Marketing scheme, i'd consider this a straight up pyramid scheme. if you work in field, you sell stuff and your boss gets a cut. your boss has to give away a cut of this earning to his boss, and so on. the highest person just earns tens of thousands for doing nothing and the lowest positions gets robbed of their earnings. i worked there a month full time and they payed me like 600 bucks because of my poor sales. my boss still earned a cut (i made like 900 bucks actually and my boss kept 300 of it). also you had to sell your soul first, because you earned your salary by selling expensive contracts to people that didn't need it. the person scamming the most out of people got the most earnings. my direct boss earned like a solid 8000 bucks per month, but i saw them literally tricking people into buying unnecessary contracts. we were taught to lie in a way that we were not legally breaking a law, which only worked in a legal gray area. this place has been working on the edge of being illegal since its start. within the month i worked there i saw at least two colleagues having an issue with the police. also it is very toxic towards LGBTQ+ folks by being a homophobic work environment and low-key misogynistic on a corporate level. as a member of the LGBTQ+ community i didn't feel safe enough to come out (for example, we were forbidden to wear pride related accessories). overall, i think this is a criminal organization, a barely legal pyramid scheme that should get shut down.
