Good hours, decent pay. If you aren't good you have a chance to get good. If you are good you get a lot of leverage and respect. If you are a good looking woman foremans will take care of you. If you are a likeable Mr cool guy whatever yeah fit right in with these weirdos and smoke vapes together with them before safety meeting

Better count on skill not favor cause if you don't fit in their lil box then it's just not good and your time might be limited. They will find a reason to out you unless like I said you are 1 of the best.
