Fast paced environment so days went quickly

Bullying culture, employees performance managed out. Ironically, very much a case of what goes around comes around. Main culprits during my time where also subjected to same treatment… karma sucks.

All hands on deck type of leadership. We had weekly meeting with our VP, Property Managers, Property Administrators, and Head of Engineering. We all worked together and all voices and ideas were heard. My team of maintenance workers were super stars. I couldn't ask for a better group to work with. The office team were amazing from my department, to leasing, to the accounting team. I could go to anyone for help. This was one of the best places I have ever worked.

Some people had a hard time responding to emails, you had to chase some folks down to get answers.
