I've worked as an adjunct instructor at Ranken for over 4 years. The administration provides me with support to do my job, and the pay is fair. The school has a good reputation for producing high-quality graduates.

Some of the students have a lot of issues that make their attendance difficult, and this creates problems at times.

Ability to teach students creatively

The entire administration is controlled by one person. It's their way or the highway.
