- They sell the company to you as if it were transparent, that you are really the important thing for them and it is not like that. - Salary bonuses are never charged or very rarely, but they tell you that you can reach them. - They force you to do extra hours during the week and weekends, and they do not pay you financially or on free days. - They survive with scholarships, because the seniors and the juniors leave as soon as they can for the treatment they receive and for the salaries that are offered outside. - Some middle managers treat you in a derogatory manner and you are allowed. - There are continuous discussions within the offices among some employees. - When you leave they try to sell you that in other companies you will be much worse than with them, they use fear to try to hold you back. - They tell you that the contract after a year is indefinite and it is not like that. - They always try to convince you with lies. - RRHH doesn't exists or don't work for you.
