Owner is the biggest jerk in the world, in spite of what he says. Owner makes up stuff to suit him. Owner doesn't like women and talks down to employees and treats them horribly. There is no growth in the company, no opportunities, no raises, and no benefits, only the opportunity to be berated. VERY high turnover rate. Biggest joke of a company. Owner operates in a dysfunctional way, and is not very competent. Usually hires a reflection of himself; derelict. Things keep on the way they do and it'll cave in on itself. Owner has been lucky to get the few good employees he's had in the past, but still treats them like crap.
