Rappi has a bold vision that is backed by a team unlike any in the region. Hard working team with a strong bias towards execution that follows big bold goals. Not an easy place to work, but ideal for highly ambitious and hard working people that are interested in changing the status quo and that have fun working with an objective of creating impact

Given the fast pace and the accelerated growth, company is still building internal processes. Might be a challenge for employees that are used to working at large organizations but for entrepreneurial minded people this is an opportunity to impact the company and build things from scratch.
