They expect you to find all solutions with out giving you the tools; in most of the cases, nobody guides you in a proper way. - The culture is complex, and is not for everybody. You need to create your way here - Salaries are not fair, also the salary reviews will have a increase of only the 20% 30% max - Very disorganized way of work, it can turn chaotics some times which makes you work harder
