Pros

I’ve been with this company for almost 3 years- As an NP, I especially appreciate the support and mentorship from the supervising MD. There is an overall supportive and collaborative environment amongst both the psychiatry and therapy team. There is a great balance of independence and flexibility with internal support and structure. The leadership team is also exceptional given the level of expertise they bring to the company, which employees directly benefit from. Case loads are also generally manageable and realistic. They truly do care about employee happiness and actively engage with employees to get day to day workflow feedback and reduce tedious administrative burden. Comp is also very competitive.

Cons

It’s a small but rapidly growing company. Naturally, employees experience some growing pains from time to time however the leadership team tends to be acutely aware of this and tries to mitigate any burden this may cause to employees.

Pros

The clinical director is supportive when guidance is needed. The therapy team is collaborative and makes it easy to consult with colleagues and share ideas. The role is fully remote, which offers flexibility. Salary and benefits are a pro. Communication with the therapy team and prescribers is generally easy when coordinating care. There is also access to trainings and opportunities for continued learning.

Cons

There are utilization expectations to maintain, which may require some attention to scheduling and caseload management.
