Pros

- I've been here for some time and I want to be honest about this place and with myself in this review. We are salesmen selling you a terrible job, but it's made to sound nice and too good to be true (because it is), to make us money. We are intentionally vague about the job, and it will have "manager" in the title, however, it's a lie, it is a sales job making commission only. The job will have a "base pay", but don't get fooled because, in reality, that is a lie as well. We are liars, we are salesmen, we are predatory to young people and to those who are gullible by selling them this vague job making you think you'll be making good money. IT IS ALL A LIE. The "office" space we are in is shared with other "consulting" or "marketing" groups doing the same thing. We are just one of many of these predatory sales jobs designed to reel you in and take advantage of you. -There are no pros

Cons

- Please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY. You will be overworked and taken advantage of. It is not worth your time and energy for this job making only commission. This place will not last, and I want to let you all know to not even bother with this place.

Pros

Great company, they training is very hands on and they help so much in learning about sales itself. The managers don’t micro-manage yet they’re still very involved with their teams. Awesome environment!

Cons

Haven’t ran into any cons

Pros

Nice community Flexible hours Good learning experience

Cons

Manipulative behavior You can do as much overtime as you want, you won’t get paid for it unless you make a sale within that timeframe. Your hourly decreases, you wont get paid $15 an hour unless you make the sales goal. Once the sales goal is made, if it’s a certain amount (below 1500-2000) you probably wont end up getting paid what they say you will. Not a good job if you’re looking to pay your bills. They will have a whole ceremony and big “thing” for your “promotion”, after that your leaders are a lot less attentive to you. No real benefits other than experience.
