Pros
Good general package, good vacation, reasonable work policies. Still, when some part of the package is "as per company policies", ask to see the policies (read the fine print very carefully).
Cons
Extremely stressful environment. The amount of work is unimaginable, for some specific cases (me included), which lead to an extremely poor quality of the job done. The company don't care about its people, despite the official statements: when you come in, there's a land of milk and honey; when you ask to leave, you are not welcome anymore.
